Purpose The main objective of this workshop is to discuss and validate a participatory and gender-sensitive approach with stakeholders (professionals, administration, and civil society) for the establishment of a national action plan for a sustainable artisanal fishery. Share the tools and activities deployed by CAOPA and FAO (Voluntary Guidelines especially: -Identify the roles of the actors concerned in Guinea, (administrations, professionals and civil society), in the development of national action plans; - Establish the process for setting up a Guinean advisory committee to facilitate the establishment of a representative national platform involved in the definition and implementation of strategies for the implementation of the guidelines.
